I had the great, good fortune to meet Kathleen at the family's Easter Sunday Dinner in 2018. I was in PA that weekend to facilitate a wedding, and before traveling back to Arizona where I live, I was invited to spend the Easter weekend with one of Kathleen's daughters, a woman that I am extremely fortunate to have in my life as my friend, Sharon Fitzgerald, and her husband Drew. Kathleen made an impact on me that will remain with me for the rest of my life, with her inquisitive nature and genuine interest in me as a person. To Kathleen's family, especially you dear Sharon, I send my prayers, and I ask the Angels to comfort you as you grieve the loss of your dear mother. God Bless you Kathy. To one of the two best sisters anyone could have. Kathleen was a joy in my life and I will miss her. We talked every Sunday; and even if we talked about something sad, Kath had a way of laughing so we always ended up laughing together and being happy. She had a marvelous outlook on life. She could always see the humor in things and she would have you believe that nothing could get her down. My sisters, both Kathleen and Eileen, are very special to me and we are family. Even though Kath has now joined our family and little Joey in Heaven, she will always be in our hearts. Love you Kath! Your “little” sister, Rene
