Robert C. Montowski  

Robert C. Montowski, 66, of Conshohocken, PA passed away Friday, July 7, 2023.

He was born in Norristown, PA on July 8, 1956, the son of the late Chester and the late Sophie G. (Grzywacz) Montowski.

Robert has lived in Conshohocken most of his life.

He grew up in St. Mary's RC Church and now a member of the First Baptist Church at Conshohocken.

For several years, he worked at Norristown State Hospital, in Building 51 before he retired.

He was the husband of Cynthia (Dodson) Montowski, who he knew, loved, and cherished for many years.

Robert enjoyed gardening and computers, among many other things. He was a “Jack of All Trades”, owned every technical gadget as soon as it was released, was always great for the next DVD and loved his treadmill bar none. He doted on his loved ones and was always there with a listening ear. His sense of humor would brighten any bad day. When faced with any task or adversity, Robert would always say, “I’m not handi-capped, I’m handi-capable”. And HE WAS!

Robert was always affectionately known as, “THAT BLIND GUY”. We will miss him every day.

Step Daughter, Courtney Clifton of Philadelphia, PA

Brother, Patrick Montowski of Dubois, PA

Brother, David Montowski of Conshohocken, PA

Brother, Dennis Montowski of South Fork, CO

Sister, Susan Price of Pottstown, PA

Robert was also survived by his Grandchildren, Johnny Bobo, Autumn Bobo, and Aubrey Bobo, along with many nieces, nephews and friends.

Along with his parents he was preceded in death by 4 brothers Chester, Joseph, Thomas and Michael.

His Funeral Service will be held Friday, July 14, 2023 at 10:30 AM from Moore, Snear & Ruggiero Funeral Home, 300 Fayette Street, Conshohocken, PA.

Friends may call on Friday, July 14, 2023 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the funeral home.

Interment will take place in St. Benedict Cemetery, Conshohocken, PA.
