Joe was our neighbor and we are saddened by his passing. We enjoyed seeing him around and chatting with him. He always took the time to comment on my sidewalk chalk drawings, help us clear our snow and talk with our kids, who referred to him as the pool guy with a lot of cars. He will be missed in the neighborhood.
