We were very fortunate that our son Matthew met and married Ginny. Their marriage led us to meet and become lifelong friends and extended family of Dick and Norma.
We immediately felt a closeness to Dick with his gracious personality and wonderful smile. He always projected a warm and good feeling to be with.
During our years together, Dick would always mention about how we traveled and expressed his desire to go somewhere with us. And so began many wonderful vacations together.
To reflect on a few, there were cruises, Niagara Falls, the Baseball Hall of Fame (for Dick’s love of the game), Quebec, Branson, Chicago, and times spent at the seashore; all wonderful memories of travel together with Dick and Norma.
Dick will surely be missed but never forgotten.

One last thought comes to mind: Dick was always happy and proud to share all his garden vegetables with us (and we were always happy to accept and enjoy).
